April 28th is National Superhero Day and we always love celebrating some of our favorite heroes!
With so much time stuck inside the past year, we’ve had plenty of time to catch up on all of our favorite Superhero movies and TV shows. So in honor of this super special day, we’re going to be telling you all about some of our favorite superheroes that are getting a chance to shine on the big screen this year and how you can watch them for yourselves. Spirit fans get ready because you’ll have a difficult choice of what to binge-watch after reading this super blog!
Zach Snyder’s Justice League
When DC fans were unable to see Zach Snyder’s version of the Justice League film after he stepped down from production during the original filming of the movie, no one was sure whether or not the director’s true vision would ever see the light of day. In 2021, we finally get to see the director’s original rendition of the movie come to life in Zach Snyder’s Justice League. The Snyder cut of the film is much longer than the original coming in at about four hours long and features plenty of unused and reshot content that wasn’t seen in the original film. Broken into six parts for easy watching, this movie features a cast of some big-name heroes like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. This film is sure to help set the stage for continued DC Films and DC fans everywhere can watch the Snyder cut of Justice League now on HBO Max.

The Suicide Squad
After leading her very own squad of badass chicks in the film Birds of Prey, Harley Quinn has plenty of unfinished business to take care of. We just can’t get enough of her and we know you Spirit fans feel the same way. Which is why we’re so excited to see her back in action again in James Gunn’s version of The Suicide Squad. With a star-studded cast of actors lending their talents to the film, expect it to be a summer blockbuster you won’t want to miss in theaters and on HBO Max.

The Boys Season 3
Have you ever wondered what life would be like if there were superheroes in real life? Well, The Boys on Amazon Prime Video explores exactly that and is a show filled with crazy drama and lots of action. Believe us when we tell you these aren’t your average comic book superheroes and we’re so excited to see where season 3 takes us.
Which Superhero flick or TV show are you most excited for?
