Here at Spirit Halloween, we love strong female leads, so we thought International Women’s Day was the perfect time to give it up for some of our favorite ladies. Today is a day to celebrate how far women have come, and a reminder to never give up fighting for more! Women are superheroes so we want to give a shout out to some of the absolute best female leads:
Wonder Woman
When the world needs a hero, Wonder Woman is always one to rise to the occasion. This iconic heroine shows off girl power in more ways than one. This DC Comics character is absolute royalty and a great example of just how strong women are on and off the big screen. We love you, Princess!
Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn is one of the most iconic female characters of all time. The way she carries herself and her ability to rock any look that shows off her individuality is enough for us to know she is one powerful lady! She lets her personality shine through, never worrying what anyone thinks about her.
Carmen Sandiego
We love a lady with a little adventure! Showing strong independence and a driven personality, Carmen Sandiego is another one of our favorite powerful females. Aside from being girl-powered, her sense of style is absolutely ah-maz-ing.
Supergirl
We’ve seen Supergirl dominate National City, and we’re sure that’s just the beginning of her capabilities. Supergirl is unstoppable and her red and blue look is nothing short of fabulous.
Eleven
Eleven was ALWAYS there to save the day when he friends were in need. This tiny character expressed HUGE power and great abilities, which is why we just HAD to have her on our list.
