“Spirit Halloween store operators Kirk and Shanda Pierce make supporting child life a huge part of their store operations each year. The 2018 fundraising campaign, through the corporate Spirit of Children program, generated $61,025. Spirit Halloween’s donations now top $500,000 over the past 10 years. This donation will fund the Child Life Fellowship Program to continue to help minimize the anxiety of hospitalization, increase understanding and strengthen coping skills for hospitalized children. Child life fellows also help children continue their typical growth and development.”
